Sales Executive
Responsibilities: Responsible to market our products and obtain sales for the company. Responsible to get payment collection from the customer. To provide technical support and service the new and existing customers. Able to work long hours;	Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher qualifications. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other dialects are an added advantage. 1-2 years' working experience in related field is an added advantage. Chemist
Responsibilities: Being pro-active in identification and development of new products for the market. Involve in various stages of research & development for new product developments from lab scale to commercialization. Analyze and investigate key properties relevant to product performance, develop new product proposals, synthesis of new products. To deliver new product or process combinations and to facilitate successful transfer of new products from R&D to full scale production. Provide technical guidance to Sales & Marketing and Production teams to ensure that they remain technically competent within the industry. To be responsible for new product & process development. To study quality improvement in product designs and implement improvements to products, processes, materials or equipments which can lead to yield improvement and enhance the usability, quality, reliability & cost effectiveness. Independently obtain information required on developing new product / upgrading existing products, analyzing both physical & chemical samples for product formulation.	Ensure proper documentation, including preparation of the appropriate manuals and work instruction in accordance to ISO requirements. Provide necessary laboratory testing to support quality complaint investigation. Perform testing method validation and laboratory equipment validation as well as data analysis for trouble shooting & continuous improvement purposes. - Supervise quality control activities to ensure all raw materials & production batches are tested & meet the necessary requirements. Provide technical solutions for trouble-shooting of production batches. Involve in technical evaluation of non-conforming batches & customer complaints. Involve in the rework of faulty batches, redundant or expired raw materials & finish goods inventory. Ensure all laboratory equipment are maintained at their optimum level.

Responsibilities: Oversee the whole production operation and ensure that the production plans are carried out as per scheduled. Leading the production line leader and operators. Optimizing productivity and machinery capacity by continuous monitoring of machines efficiency. Continuously improving the process and product quality. Manpower, raw material and packaging materials planning to achieve maximum productivity and minimum wastage. Upkeep and maintenance of factory equipment, machinery and building. To promote safety awareness in production area. Involve in various stages of research & development for new and existing product range.

Technical Sales Chemist / Engineer

Responsibilities: Responsible to market our products to existing and new customers; Responsible in entire sales process from prospecting, process survey, quotation/proposal preparation, presentation, closing, delivery monitoring, payment & collection; Maximize Gross Profit Margin (GPM) on all new and current business and ensure given targets are achieved; To provide technical support via phone or attend onsite for new and existing customers; Responsible in supporting and servicing new customers who have purchased our products; To support and assist the customer in process improvement if required; Able to work longer hours if requested;

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent. Required skill(s): Exceptional Selling Skills, Independent and Committed. Preferred skill(s): Equipped with problem solving techniques and customer handling skills.
